| | | Note that the Excel versions of the report cards are visually the same as the Word versions. However, the Excel report cards are more efficient in data entry and file size. |

| | | Teachers wishing to hand-write their report cards should open and print the Word version of the report card. |

- Click on the desired link.
- Click Save.
- Select a location (Usually My Documents).
- Give the file a name you will recognize.

| | The password to open the file was sent to all teachers and elementary principals & secretaries.
You will continue to need the password unless you choose to erase it via the instructions in the frame to the right of this one. |
| | When you have saved the file on your computer, you can open the file, you may:
- Click File
- Click Save As
- Click Tools
- Click General
Options
- delete the ******** that appear in the password box
- Click Save
- Click Yes when asked to replace file.
