| | If you are experiencing difficulty installing the software accompanying the science textbook, please e-mail support at support@rps205.com with the subject SCIENCE TEXTBOOK SOFTWARE. Include in the e-mail the following information -
Teacher Name:
Host Name:
IP Address:
School Name:
Room Number
Physical location of computer in the room.
The Host Name and IP address should be visible in white letters on the desktop when you are logged in.
If not, double click the symbol in the lower right tray that resembles an analog clock (see red circle in image) to display the information in a gray box on the screen.
IT will compile a list and e-mail the teachers to leave their computers on for 24 hours. It will not be necessary to actually login. IT will then remotely install the software.
You can also call 966-3112 and they will attempt to do it while you are on the phone. |
