Ourselves (Kindergarten) Explains personal economics through a collection of short stories read aloud by the volunteer. Five volunteer-led activities are required.
Our Families (1st grade) Emphasizes the roles people play in the local economy and how they work together to make it a good place to live. Five volunteer-led activities are required.
Our Community (2nd grade) Explores the interdependent roles of workers in a community and how communities work. Five volunteer-led activities are required.
Our City (3rd grade) Studies careers, the skills people need to work in those careers, and how businesses contribute to a city. Five volunteer-led activities are required.
Our Region (4th grade) Introduces the relationship between resources in different regions and businesses that produce goods and services for consumers. Five volunteer-led activities are required.
Our Nation (5th grade) Examines how businesses operate in the US and explores various economic issues that impact those businesses. Five volunteer-led activities are required.
JA Global Marketplace (6th grade) Introduces students to global trade to help them understand how most countries are economically interdependent. Six volunteer-led activities are required.
JA Economics for Success (7th or 8th grade) Explores personal finance and career options based on student’s skills, interests and values. Six volunteer-led activities are required.
JA America Works (8th grade) Provides students with examples of how business and entrepreneurship affected the economic development of the United States during the 19th century. Six volunteer-led activities are required.

JA Economics is a one-semester, fully accredited course that examines the fundamental concepts of micro-, macro-, and international economics. Teacher guides, student texts and study guides are provided by Junior Achievement. Please note: this program should be implemented in conjunction with JA TITAN.
JA TITAN introduces critical economics and management decisions through an interactive computer-based simulation. There are 7 required volunteer-led activities. Please note: This program can be run alone or with JA Economics.
JA Success Skills helps young people identify and demonstrate the work-readiness skills needed to get, and keep a job. The program also helps students develop innovative strategies to achieve lifelong learning pursuits and career opportunities. There are 7 volunteer led-activities.
New! JA Careers with a Purpose concentrates on positive values (i.e., virtues) that demonstrate the importance of ethical decision-making within the context of career and life decisions. Discussions of two key concepts—noble purpose and vocational calling—will be integrated throughout the program to impress upon students the importance of seeking careers that provide ample opportunity for individuals to realize their life’s potential. There are 7 volunteer-led activities.
JA Business Ethics uses hands-on classroom activities to foster ethical decision-making in students as they prepare to enter the workforce and the global marketplace. There are seven required and five optional, volunteer-led sessions.
JA Banks in Action teaches high school students the principles of the banking industry and introduces them to the challenges of successfully operating a bank in a competitive environment. There are eight required, volunteer-led sessions.
New! JA Presents: The NEFE High School Financial Planning Program gives students hands-on experience in financial planning with guidance from a JA volunteer. When able to use the entire NEFE High School Financial Planning Program along with the JA experience, students will have a complete portfolio of skills to make financial decisions and set financial goals throughout their lives. This program includes 7 teacher-led units provided by NEFE with 5 volunteer-led JA activities.
