VHS and DVD players can be connected to the projector using the video audio OUT jack on the player and the RCA jacks on the back of the projector. If you don't have both white and red output jacks or cables just use the red (no stereo). They will then need to use the source button on the remote contol.

If you use a VHS or regular DVD player, consider permanent wiring.
