Rockford Public School District 205 student records (including special education records) can be obtained at the Family Resource Center, located near downtown Rockford, IL.
PLEASE NOTE: Parents cannot access records if their child is 18 years or older without their written consent. Person needing the records should contact the records office to find out what will be accepted as written consent before asking parents to pick up records for them. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

We are on Haskell Avenue located between North Main Street and Rockton Avenue, and just north of Whitman Street. Roosevelt Education Center is on the corner of Haskell and Bruce.
The Student Records Office is inside Room 124 - on the south end of the first floor of the Roosevelt Education Center. Enter through the northeast door--identification is required by security.
Parking is available in the parking lot across from the Roosevelt Education Center. Please observe parking signs to avoid being ticketed.

GED/Drop Letter - $0.35
Genealogy - $0.35
Immunization Records - $0.35
LPN Transcripts - $2.00
Official Transcript - $2.00
Unofficial Transcript - $0.35 per page
If you are homeless or are helping someone who is homeless, no fees will be charged for student records. Correspondence requires a signature from a qualifying official and phone number where they can be reached. If you have a special circumstance which warrants a fee waiver, please ask to speak with the Student Records Clerk.
