| BENEFIT ORIENTATIONS |

Benefits Orientations are designed to give new employees to the District a comprehensive overview of benefits offered. As a new employee, a letter will be mailed to your house announcing a date and time for which you are to attend. We strongly encourage you to attend your orientation to become fully informed. New employees should pick up their benefit packet in the Benefits Department at 201 S. Madison. Your signature is required when you pick up your benefits packet. Benefit packets will not be mailed to your home address or sent in board mail. Benefit packets include detailed information regarding the District's benefits, enrollment forms, information regarding the Employee Assistance Program, etc. Please bring your benefit packet to the Benefits Orientation.
It is important to remember that if your information packet is not picked up in a timely manner, your benefits may be forfeited.
Forms contained in the information packet are time, date, and reply sensitive. |

Benefit Orientations are also open to existing eligible employees for informational purposes only.
All orientations are held at the Administration building in the Board Room 2nd floor located at 201 S. Madison, Rockford, IL. Please contact Lori Gassaway at 815-966-3084 or gassawl@rps205.com, for the date and time of the next Benefits Orientation. |
