Benefits Orientations are designed to give new employees to the District a comprehensive overview of benefits offered. As a new employee, a letter will be mailed to your home address informing you that your benefits packet is available in Human Resources as well as a date and time for which you can attend a Benefits Orientation. We strongly encourage you to attend the Benefits Orientation to become fully informed. New employees should pick up their benefits packet in Human Resources at 201 S. Madison. Your signature is required when you pick up your benefits packet. Benefits packets will not be mailed to your home address or sent in board mail. Benefits packets include detailed information regarding the District's benefits, enrollment forms, information regarding the Employee Assistance Program, etc. Please bring your benefits packet to the Benefits Orientation.
It is important to remember that if your benefits packet is not picked up in a timely manner, your benefits may be forfeited.
Forms contained in the benefits packet are time, date, and reply sensitive. |

All orientations are held at the Administration Building located at 201 S. Madison, Rockford, IL. Please contact Human Resources at benefits@rps205.com, for the date and time of the next Benefits Orientation. |
