Group dental insurance benefits are available to full-time employees. Generally, full-time employess are those employees who work 30 hours per week or more; for bus drivers the requirement is 25 hours per week or more to be eligibile for group dental insurance benefits. Dental insurance benefits become effective 30 days after the employee's start date.
Employees eligible for group dental insurance have two opportunities to enroll, upon hire and during the annual Open Enrollment (November 1-21 for benefits effective January 1st of the following calendar year). |
