Disability benefits are available to certified and non-certified staff meeting eligibility criteria. Disability is generaly defined as a condition that renders an individual incapable of performing duties of his or her regular occupation. For long term benefits, other stipulations may apply.
Short-term and long-term benefits may be paid only after all necessary paperwork is on file with the Human Resources Department. It is the members responsibility to have all forms completed, signed, and returned to Human Resources.
