| | The Open Enrollment period begins November 2, 2009 and ends November 23, 2009 at 5:00pm, for changes effective January 1, 2010. Attached are several documents to assist you through the Open Enrollment Process. Open Enrollment for 2009 is a "Changes" only Open Enrollment for insurance benefits. This means if you would like to change your medical plan, add or drop the dental plan, or add or drop dependents, this would be the opportunity to make a change. You may also enroll in one of the Flexible Spending Accounts for 2010. The benefits/coverage levels and medical plan options have not changed for 2010. |
