| Students enrolled in District 205 entering PreSchool, Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grades are required to have a physical examination and basic immunizations/boosters no later than Oct. 15th. Dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 2nd & 6th graders by May 15th.
Eye exams are required for Kindergarten entry. |
