The Academic Gifted Education Program utilizes a centralized model housed in an elementary, middle and high school. The program provides full time self-contained classrooms at each of these sites for grades 1 through 12. The Rockford Public Schools affirms the need to identify students with potential at an early age and to provide the kinds of educational services which will enable them to demonstrate a level of achievement commensurate with their potential.
