The Rockford School District offers Bilingual Education Programs to serve the specific needs of English language learners (ELLs)in accordance with state and federal regulations. Several programs are provided: Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE), Transitional Program of Instruction (TPI), Dual Language, and the Newcomers Program.
