2009 Intramural Fee Schedule

Dear Eisenhower student and parent/guardian,
As of January 5th, 2009 there will be a new policy implemented for all Eisenhower intramural sports. This new procedure will now affect all students involved in Eisenhower sports. This letter will be given to each student interested in participating in any sport offered at Eisenhower Middle School.
Upon completion of tryouts for a sport, all your required paperwork must be completed and turned into the activities director. Each student will have a two-week time frame to complete and turn in the required paperwork. The required sports physical is supposed to be completed before tryouts begin. The pink emergency card and code of conduct need to be turned in within the two weeks after completing tryouts. The fee for each sport will also need to be turned in within that two-week time frame. You will not be allowed to practice/participate if you do not have the required paperwork turned in along with the participation fee.
Eisenhower Intramural Participation Fee
Wrestling - $35.00
Swimming - $35.00
Girl’s Basketball - $50.00
Volleyball - $35.00
Track - $35.00
Golf - $35.00 (Plus green fee’s)
Football - $50.00
Cheerleading - $50.00
Cross Country - $35.00
Soccer - $35.00
Boy’s Basketball - $50.00
Please remember that when you pay the fee it does not guarantee your son/daughter a minimum number of minutes playing time. Your fees help pay for officials, provide bus transportation and purchase new equipment/uniforms.
