CATALYST Dance Performance by CAPA! |
Dance students in the Auburn High School Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) program present Catalyst: Energy of Change at 7:30 p.m. March 6 and 7 at Ellis Arts Academy, 222 South Central Avenue. The show explores techniques of ballet, modern, jazz and hip-hop dance and marks the 30th anniversary of the CAPA program at Auburn.
CAPA dancers have trained in and outside the classroom throughout the year to prepare this collection of work, said Auburn dance instructor J. Claeyssen. This concert demonstrates how the CAPA program offers a stimulating environment for Rockford teens.
Admission to Catalyst: Energy of Change is $5. Children under 4 years old are free. For more information, contact J. Claeyssen at 815-966-3300. |
