Carlson Volunteer Form

Please take a few minutes to read about the great events Carlson School has to offer. This form is to help coordinate committees for the volunteer spots to run the events. Events will be advertised on the Cougar Newsletters that are sent home on Wednesdays of each week. Please fill out the Cougar News clip out portion and return it to the office when the event nears. If you have any questions regarding any of the committees, be sure and contact the current President or board members. *(see end of document). We appreciate your help in making Carlson a great school for all of our children!

If you like, you can print out this form and send it to school with your child in an envelope marked PTO and we will give you a call!
