| | REGISTRATION REMINDERS |
Students new to the district and those entering PreSchool, Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grades are required to have a physical examination and basic
immunizations/boosters no later than Oct. 15th. Dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 2nd & 6th graders by May 15, 2010.
EYE EXAMS
All children enrolling in Kindergarten and any student enrolling for the first time in a public, private, or parochial school are required to have an eye exam before October 15th of the school year.
