Introduction
Hi. My name is Mike Davis the 2007-2008 school year will be my 11th at Carlson Elementary. Before I taught at Carlson School I taught at Page Park for one year. I was also a teacher in Winnebago where I taught 8th grade special education. I was a 6th grade instructor at Rock Cut School in Loves Park for one year. I received both my undergraduate and master’s degree from Rockford College. My hobbies include reading, dining out, going to movies, and enjoying cultural events in the community. I enjoy baseball. I like to watch football and hockey. My favorite teams are the Cubs, Bears, Ice Hogs/Blackhawks and Harlem Huskies. I have two children Andrew (17) and Katie (12). Wednesday November 14th
Your child will bring home a yellow note telling you that if they read to an adult or have an adult read to them for 30 minutes they can get a free book from Mrs. Ifft
Thursday November 15th
This is the school musical for students in my class. Your child will need to wear exercise clothes. Your child will meet me in our pod at 6:00pm
November 20th is picture re-take day and the end of the trimester
