In the Area of Language does your child:

____have speech that can be understood by others 50% of the time

In the Area of Reading Readiness does your child:

____hold books correctly and turn pages

____say some familiar rhymes or finger plays

____tell parts of the story when looking at a favorite book


In the Area of Writing does your child:

____experiment with a variety of writing tools and materials

____pretend to write the way he’s seen adults write


In the Area of Thinking & Problem Solving does your child:

____understand concepts of same and different

____complete a six piece puzzle

____match 8 basic colors

____count to 3

____keep his attention on something she chooses to do for 10 minutes


In the area of Social Emotional Development does your child:

____know her first name and the names of family members

____feel securely attached to one or more adults
