News:
On Friday, Dec. 12, Flinn will be hosting a rec night. There will be a dance, gym activities, board games, and a craft room. It will be held from 3:30 – 5:30. Concessions will be available, and if you bring a new toy for the Student Council toy drive, you will get a slice of pizza, a pop, and a bag of chips for free.
Anyone receiving a referral between now, Nov. 19 and Dec. 12 will be unable to attend. Wristbands will be sold during lunches Dec. 9-11 for $5. Wristbands will be distributed during 6th hour on Dec. 12.
There are 5 Salvation Army food barrels placed throughout the building. We will be collecting canned food items from now until Dec. 15. First hour teachers please keep track of how many canned food items your class brings in. The 1st hour class that brings the most at each grade level will receive doughnuts for breakfast on 12/19.

“Jeans for a Cause”
Dec. 12
· Students will be allowed to wear jeans on Dec. 12 if they purchase and wear the wristband on Dec. 12. Students wearing jeans and no wristband will receive the consequences for being out of uniform. Uniform shirts must be worn.
· Wristbands will be sold at lunch Dec. 8 – 11
· The cost of the wrist bands will be $3
· Money will be donated to Whitehead Elementary School for their playground project. |

The Flinn Library collects Box Tops for Education. We receive cash for each one. Please drop them off in the library or the library mailbox in the office! Thank you, Mrs. Towner Librarian. |
