Starts in October. This a club about looking at careers and the need for college. This club is for 8th grade students and is in partnership with NIU.

SEE THE RESA HOME PAGE FOR AN UPDATE ON THE RESA SUCCESS AT THE FALL CHESS CHALLENGE.
Chess Club meets on Wednesdays after school in the library. This club is open to all RESA students regardless of chess ability. The sponsor is Randy Podeszwa. You can contact him at 1-815-874-9894 or RandyPodeszwa@aol.com. The first TEAM Tournament will be held on Novemer 14th. This is at RESA. Booster and Chess Club is looking for adult volunteers to help set-up on Friday, November 13th after school and take down tables and chairs following the tournament (approximately 3:00 p.m. on November 14th). Help is also needed selling concessions during the tournament. Any small committment of time to sell concessions would be helpful.

Get WISW, sponsered by Northern Illinois University's College of Engineering Technology, is dedicated to helping young women in middle school and high school discover the possibilities in these exciting, rewarding, and lucrative fields.
Through in-school and on-campus group activities as well as one- on- one mentoring opportunities. Get WISE provides students with hands- on experiences and a support system that includes current NIU engineering students and faculty.
