Peer Support Team
Fifteen students are chosen by their peers and trained to be good listeners and helpers. Some students would rather discuss their problems with a person their own age rather than an adult. Peer Support members are there for that cause. Peer Support welcomes new students to West. Mrs. Anna Borchers is the advisor. |
Chess Club
Students play chess and prepare for competition with other schools. Meetings are once a week after school. |
Mathcounts
Students solve challenging math problems with the goal of winning competitions with other schools and of improving their math skills. Meetings are held after school. |
Builders Club
Builders Club is a community service organization open to all West Middle School students. |
