Homework:



Homework for the week of November 30-December 4, 2009:

  1. All students should have their Frankenstein or Dracula novels by Monday, November 30, 2009.

  2. All novel projects are due on Monday, November 30, 2009.

  3. Students will have a test over Frankenstein or Dracula on Wednesday, December 2, 2009.






Dracula / Frankenstein music project option:


Create a music collection of at least five (5) songs representing your novel. These should be burned to a CD if possible. The songs should represent characters in the novel, themes in the novel, or events in the novel. Also include a written paper in which you write at least a paragraph per song explaining how your song is appropriate for a particular character, theme, or event in the novel.




Daily:



Class is reading and analyzing Dracula and Frankenstein.

  1. The Holmes Dracula Files by Fred Saberhagen (who also wrote many other Dracula based novels where he was more of a misunderstood hero)
