I am a recent graduate of Northern Illinois University and very excited to be at RESA this year! I am a newly wed and recently gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. We spend a week in class reading "The Summer of Fire" which focuses on the great fire of 1988 in Yellowstone National Park. In the summer of 1988, the worst forest fires in the park's 116-year history consumed vegetation faster than even the more experienced fire fighters even thought possible. Yellostone is widely known for such features as the Old Faithful Geyser and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and has been visited and loved by millions of people throughout the world. |
