If you don't have the power point program on your computer, you can download a viewer that allows to see the power points made in class. Be sure to ask you parents before downloading anything.

There are four major divisions of science. These are Life, Earth & Space, Environmental, and Physical science. Within each of these are many sub--topics. Copy the drawing into your notebook.
10/6 -- Standards Activity
These are the district standards for our Matter unit. These are the items the district says you need to be able to be successful in 8th & 9th grades. Copy this chart. Then using your textbook, find the pages that will fulfill the standards and write them in the appropriate place on the chart.
10/7 & 10/8 -- Reading a Textbook
Follow the directions on the reading textbook worksheet. This is due on Tuesday.
