Nov. 11: The deadline for the free swine flu shot is Friday, November 13. The school has to have written permission from the parent to administer the shot. Contact your team if you did not get the Winnebago County Health form from your student on 11/2. We can send one home Thursday and we will have extra's at parent conferences.
